M.L. Sodhi is a consulting Actuary. He is a Fellow Member of Institute of Actuaries of India (Fellow Membership Number – 00178) . For the last 14 years his main activity is to provide actuarial valuations in compliance of Indian GAAP AS 15 (R), US GAAP-FAS 87, 88 & 158, International Accounting Standard (IAS-19 & IFRS). The Plans covered for this purpose are:-

He started with a humble beginning as an assistant with Life Insurance Corporation of India and had a steady progress in various cadres starting from the level of Assistant Administrative Officer and going up to the level of Senior Divisional Manager. He retired from the LIC when he was functioning as Vice Principal of Zonal Training Centre at Gurgaon. He has also worked as Actuary to CGU Life Insurance Company (a joint venture) for a few months. He has also worked as Visiting Faculty with some Institutes andAcademies of repute.

• His Present Clients:- His clients are spread almost in all sectors of the Indian Economy. Multinational Companies with their activities overseas are also in his list. His clientele includes Public & Private Sector Companies, Manufacturing, Software, Technology & Electricity Companies, Banks, Educational Institutes, Hotels, Hospitals and Hospitality Companies etc. etc.
